Lasting Memories Challenge #30

This weekend is our 24 hour challenge over at S-n-C and I used this sketch:

I am also using the layout for the Recipe Challenge over at Lasting Memories .
Their Recipe was 1, 2,3:

and here is what I came up with:
My Die-Cut is the circle, 2 Brads in the top right corner, and 3 layers are my 2 dotted papers and the ribbon.

The pics are of 3 of my grandkids picking Pumpkins back in 2008!

Papers are Dream Street Sam Collection, "PUMPKINS" are also from the same collection. "picking" is Cosmo Cricket Tiny Type Stickers, ribbon, die cut and brads are from my stash.

The Challenge this week at The Paper Variety is Tic-Tac-Toe:
The Challenge this week at Cricut Cardz is to make a Spring card, using ONLY Pink, Green and White and ANY Cartridge.

For my card I used 2+flowers, Spring colors and Scallops in Pink, Green and White and I used the Serenade Cartridge for ALL of it. I just LOVE how this turned out!

I am VERY Happy to say that all of the paper is from my stash of SCRAPS! WOOHOO, I am SO TRYING TO USE IT UP! I used some of my new Bakers Twine and of course some BLING to make it sparkle!

This is my Grandson Braxton having lunch. This Lil' Guy sure LOVES to eat! LOL! He is just 18 months old and weighs almost as much as his 4 year old brother!

I really LOVE how this turned out and I used some of my new Bakers Twine!! I just LOVE that stuff! The background paper is from Creative Imaginations that I have had for awhile, and I cut some of the plates out for the embellies. The other cardstock and brads are from my stash. The yellow letters are Thickers Chipboard and the small white letters are from Basic Grey.

Birthday Sundaes 1st Challenge

Today is the first Challenge over at Birthday Sundaes! The challenge this weeks is "Anything Goes" and I LOVE those challenges, so I just had to play along. Here is my card:
I am happy to say that all the paper was scraps. The Happy Birthday is a CM sticker that I have had forever. Butons, flowers, twine and brads are from my stash.

I hope ya'll have had a GREAT Day, mine NOT SO MUCH! But, things are getting better, and I plan on going to bed early! Tomorrow is a NEW Day and it will be GREAT!! *fingers crossed* LOL!

I have a card I want to share with you, and it's the first thing I made with my Glue Arts Glue Glider Pro, that I purchased from Oh My Crafts! I KNOW I have broke the Scrap My Stash, but ya' gotta have adhesive and since I have heard SO MANY Good things about the glue glider, I decided I would give it a try. I was ordering some things with my Credit Card for a friend and just needed a little bit more to get free shipping, so REALLY I couldn't resist! LOL!

Here is my card, it was a MO-JO Monday Sketch, but of course I didn't see it in time to get it posted in the challenge. OH WELL, I still LOVE how it turned out, AND I did use scraps so that counts right? LOL!

The black rose is from ribbon and I just cut one off, it's hard to see it in the pics but it is VERY pretty!
All paper, ribbon and lace is from my Stash. The sentiment is a Fiskars stamp.
Here is my Glue Arts Glue Glider Pro! SO LOVE IT, ya' think I could have remembered to take a pic of it with my card? Ummm....NO! LOL!

My Style~Lasting Memories Challenge #28

HOWDY ALL!

This week over at Lasting Memories the Challenge was "You're the BOSS!" I have to show my unique style, so I decided to use these pics from a friends wedding. We traveled to Wisconsin for the wedding and since we were so close we went to The Mall of America!! WOW! That place was HUGE! LOVED IT!
If you didn't know I LOVE flowers!! SO I made these using my Cricut and Make The Cut. Of course, they were flat, but once you mist them with some water you can make them COME ALIVE and I just LOVE this technique!!

Here are some close ups of my flowers (LOVE having the use of my camera again!):


The background paper is from Dream Street Papers and the cardstock is some that I bought in a HUGE package from Hobby Lobby, I didn't like it at first cause it wasn't very thick, but for these flowers it is just AWESOME!! I also made the title on my Cricut, using Make The Cut, the lace and bling are from my stash. I hope you play along this week!

Planting Time!

HOWDY ALL!

I got to spend some time in my Scrappy Room this afternoon and decided to play along with The Paper Variety to create a layout using mostly Green!
and since I need a sketch to use, I found this one over at Sketchy Thursdays.

I used Cosmo Cricket's Garden Variety that I have had for quite a while. I FINALLY remember to get the card reader thing for my camera so now I have AWESOME pics of my stuff and not just from my phone!! LOL! I am such a techie!! NOT! hehe

Spring Blog Hop!

I don't know about you but I am SO READY for some Sunshine and WARM Weather!! I made these two layouts to give you some Spring Time Ideas!
Me & the bunny: Yep that's ME! LOL! I used Some Cosmo Cricket Girl Friday papers that I have had forever. (using up my stash!) I cut the bracket shape out of the center of the paper with my Cricut and then cut it in half, and flipped it so I could get GOOD use of the double sided paper! Also used was Jenni Bowlin Mini Springtime Bingo Card. The Butterfly was in the kit I won from Artful Delight. Along with the white "ME" which are Thickers by the yard fabric letter stickers! LOVE them! "bunny" are Dear Lizzy Sparkling Stickers. "&" is Making Memories Puffy Alphas in pink. Also, most everything was inked with Clearsnaps-Cats Eye Chalk, Pastel Lime. The "the", buttons, flowers, strips, journal box and bling are all from my stash!
May you stay Forever Young: This is my granddaughter Abby, she is SUCH a HANDFUL! She has on my glasses and thought it was VERY FUNNY! Journalling says: Abby has such a ZEST for life! She just had to try on my glasses. Of course, she couldn't see a thing but thought it was SO Funny and Giggled Forver! LOL!! The paper is from Dream Street Papers. I cut the bracket and title from cardstock with my Cricut and Makes the Cut. I inked with Clearsnaps Cats Eye Chalks in Rouge and Deep Green. All other paper, flowers, buttons and bling are from my stash.

I have some BLOG CANDY to giveaway to one lucky follower! I have Cosmo Cricket's 6 x 6 DeLovely paper pad and a Jenni Bowlin 4" Chipboard Mini Book, it has scalloped edges and 8 double sided die-cut lined pages. Also, I made the 4 stick pins, I thought they turned out VERY CUTE!
