HOWDY ALL!
This week over at Lasting Memories is to create a layout about something you CHERISH! We also have a sketch this week:
I chose to make this layout of my youngest grandson, Braxton. He was being ONERY and wouldn't let me take his picture. I said to him "You're so ONERY you STINK!" his reply was "I NO POOP!" just as serious as he could be!! I thought it was HILARIOUS and it is definitely one of the "Funny Moments" that I Cherish!!
I am also linking this up over at The Paper Variety for their Laughter is the best medicine challenge.
Thanks BUNCHES for stopping by and I hope you play along with us over Lasting Memories!

Guest DT at The Paper Variety
HOWDY ALL!
This week I was chose to be a Guest DT at The Paper Variety! I was SO EXCITED that Abby and Suzanne gave me this opportunity! Thanks BUNCHES, Girlies!
This week the challenge is:
I didn't have any Halloween pics to scrap, so I decided I would alter this frame. It was a FUNKY striped painted thing, but I knew when I seen it last year in the Dollar Bin at Target, that I could make it look a LOT Better! LOL!
So here it is all cute AND spooky:
I didn't have any pics of the grandkids that I wanted to put in it, so I decided to cut this file that I won from a Blog Hop. The file came from Cloud 9 Designs. Printed Paper is from Imaginisce and the Chipboard is from MME, solid paper is from my stash of scraps.
I have this sitting in my kitchen as I thought it was appropriate! LOL!
I sure hope that you play along this week at The Paper Variety! Thanks BUNCHES for stopping by!

HOWDY ALL!
This week the challenge over at Lasting Memories is all about "BLING"! Here is my layout, I used my i-rock to add bling to my pumpkin:
The picture is of my family from the fall of 2008 when we visited the pumpkin patch. We took a Hayride to get to the patch. I used this month's sketch from Imaginisce:
I am also entering this challenge over at The Paper Variety:

LMCB #60 Add Some Dimension
HOWDY ALL!
I have been MIA for awhile due some tummy issues and I just haven't felt good, but I must say that it feels AWESOME to be scrapping again!!
This week the Challenge over at Lasting Memories is to "Add Some Dimension". You can add dimension MANY ways: Buttons, Thickers, Chipboard, Ribbon, Brads and the list goes on.
I chose to use the DCWV Stack Challenge this month to make my layout and also added dimension by using buttons, which are my FAVE thing!
I used this sketch:
and here is my layout:
This picture is from this spring when my hubby was shaving off his winter beard and my granddaughter Abby had to watch. She IMMEDIATELY told him that he Looked Funny! LOL!
I used the DCWV Stack "A Guy Thing". Letters and buttons are from my stash. I hope you play along with us over at Lasting Memories. Thanks BUNCHES for stopping by and taking a look!

Life's Little Challenges
HOWDY ALL!
WOW! I CANNOT believe that it has been over a month since I have posted! Even more that long since I have REALLY scrapped! YIKES! I have had some Tummy issues and haven't felt like doing much for WAY TO LONG!! I've had some tests and am feeling better, so I just hope I continue to improve as I have SO MISSED playing in my Scrappy Room!
I just had to play along with the Challenge over at Frosted Designs this week! Their challenge was to use "Fancy Trim". I have had a Composition Notebook sitting on my Scrap desk for MONTHS and I just couldn't decide what to do with it. I knew I wanted to use it for a way to keep track of online challenges. I have also had this AWESOME trim with buttons dangling from it, that I purchased over a year ago at Hobby Lobby. It was WAY TO EXPENSIVE, but I just had to have a half yard of it, and have been hoarding it since I purchased it. SO, this was the PERFECT time and thing to use it on.
So I wanted a title on it and decided on "Life's Little Challenges", which I made and cut using MTC. I write the challenges down and when they are due and if there is a sketch I also write down where I saved it on my computer. SO HAPPY with how it turned out.
So here it is:
The paper is from DCWV, flowers, ribbon and buttons are from my stash. Thanks BUNCHES for stopping by and taking a look!
