A CARD!

HOWDY ALL!

I found a sketch that was posted on Cardabilities this morning and decided to use it and incorporate an ornament to go along with The Paper Variety's challenge that was also posted today! WOOHOO 2 fer 1!! LOVE when that happens!

I used my CM Cutting System to get the shape. The paper is from Authentique that I received from my friend Suzy for a S-n-C Christmas Card Swap. THANKS, Suzy!! DCWV November Sketch

HOWDY ALL!

I played along with DCWV's November Sketch Challenge this month! I had to use this sketch:

I flipped the sketch and used papers from the Christmas & Winter Stack. Here is my take:

This is my Granddaughter Cricket from back in 2006.
I fussy cut the Journal spot and slid my paper behind it. I also matted my pics like the old time Polaroid . I journaled "Cookies for Santa". I also took the same piece of paper that I matted my pictures on and used a 1/4" circle punch to make all the little dots around the pics, here is my paper:

LMCB#64 Hidden Journalling

HOWDY ALL!

This week the challenge over at Lasting Memories is "Hidden Journalling"! Can't wait to see where you hide your journalling! Here is my layout:



I hid my journalling in a little bag and taped it behind the striped paper. Can you see the little tag coming out on the top right hand corner? This is my oldest Granddaughter, Lil' Angel Cricket! I snapped this pic a couple weeks ago, she was deep in thought and I thought she looked just beautiful!
I used Bella Blvd. Finally Fall paper that I received for winning the October challenges over at Scrappin' and Chattin' Yahoo Group! The "beautiful" is a sticker from CM!
