An Easter Layout

HOWDY ALL!

Well, I accomplished a couple of layouts this week, and will be getting them posted this weekend. LOTS of challenges, which I LOVE! LOL!

This layout is from Easter last year, but I really like how it turned out. Kinda simple, yet still nice! This is of my Granddaughters hunting eggs out in the back yard.

I used a sketch from Nuts About Sketches, they are having a Birthday Bash and have been posting sketches all week long! I have them printed out and "HOPE" to get a LOT accomplished this weekend!

I am also using this for the Challenge over at Wee Memories, which is Paper Piecing.

This is the sketch:
and here is my take:
Here is a close-up of the left side:
and the right:
and my Bunny:
I used Bazzill Pinkini Cardstock, sprayed it with Christmas Green Ba-Da-Bing Bling. The other paper is from DCWV Dots and Stripes and Cotton Bloom Stacks. I LOVE how the little bunny turned out with the sparkly papers, of course I had to use GOOGLE eyes, but they just make him "SPECIAL"! LOL! Inked with Worn Lipstick and Bundled Sage Distress Inks.

Thanks BUNCHES for stopping by and taking a look!

Sketchy Thursday 4/28

HOWDY ALL!

I played along this week with Sketchy Thursdays. I used this sketch:
and I just LOVE this paper from Karen Foster and was having a hard time using it because I wanted to be able to see all the "camping" words. So, with these pics of my 2 "DIRTY" grandkids it worked out just AWESOME!
Don't ya' LOVE my title? Good CLEAN Fun? LOL!! They were FILTHY, but they had the BEST time playing in the dirt while we were camping last year.

Of course, the look of My oldest granddaughter Cricket in the left side of each pic is just as FUNNY!

The large letters are from the Sam Collection by Dream Street Papers and the small letters are Cosmo Cricket Tiny Type. The brad, arrow and "Outdoor" charm are from my stash!

Thanks BUNCHES for stopping by and taking a look!
