Have you seen the sketch over at GrandDiva's Creative Corner? When I seen this sketch I just had to play along.

This is my Grandson, who "found" himself in the glass of the coffee table. He just jabbered away to his new friend.
I used ink to get the background square, I inked up my homemade mat (it's a piece of 12 x 12 cardboard with a plastic sleeve over it, works just as good as Tim's but it was only a few cents!)
I just rubbed my ink right onto the mat:

and then just spritzed it with some water. Once that was done, I just put my cardstock on top of it and then picked it straight up.
I hope you liked my little tutorial!! LOL! Just thought I would share how I made my ink background.
